Modular workstations
The chosen facility is configured with workstations for each manufacturing unit operation, in the right ratio for maximum utilisation. Workstations contain validated GMP instruments.
Mobile robots
Instead of people moving materials, mobile robots transport consumables and cell material between workstations and execute every step precisely in sequence. A small team of operators supervise and input materials.
Sterile fluid transfer
Cell materials remain in a closed system throughout, with FDA-approved tube welding creating sealed fluid connections between every unit operation.
